The Alder Grove Heritage Society has been a registered non-profit charity in the province of British Columbia since 1990.

As per the society’s constitution, our purpose is many-fold:

(a) To maintain and operate a community museum, archives, and Heritage House based on a collection policy reflecting the history and development of the Aldergrove region; including collecting, exhibition and conservation of artifacts, archives, heritage buildings and sites.
(b) To work towards a public awareness of the history and development of the Aldergrove area.
(c) To establish and maintain suitable quarters for the Society and the Museum’s collections.
(d) To facilitate the attainment of the purposes of the Society through partnerships with for profit organizations and memoranda of agreement with governments and not for profit organizations.
